My name is Kylie Brown, and I am serving a mission for the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
You are probably here to find out things about my mission.
First things first. Look at the tabs up top and take a gander! There is the story of why I am going on a mission, my address so you can send me fun letters and packages and a picture of my mission, and other fun things.
While I am gone, the only contact I am allowed is email with family, phone calls on Christmas and Mother's Day, and letters (so please send me some!) Therefore, my dear parents will be updating this blog with all of my stories and pictures of my adventures.

Kylie, thank you for sharing your story. It sounds very similar to mine. I was at work for conference that day but people texted me; I was still confused at first. I am also 20 and I got my call to serve in the Pennsylvania Philadelphia mission. I don't leave until June (which by then I will be 21) because my sister is getting married. I am very excited (and nervous). I can feel your enthusiasm. God bless you on this new and exciting chapter of your life. The world is in for many great changes.
